Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the technical architecture of solar energy systems, ensuring the appropriate selection of technologies, components, and equipment for installation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency standards throughout all project phases.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and economic feasibility studies for solar projects, including performance evaluations, energy yield forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Manage interactions with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to guarantee the timely provision of materials and services essential for the construction of solar energy systems.
- Oversee installation and commissioning processes, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Establish and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the effective operation and maintenance of solar energy systems.
- Work in conjunction with sales and business development teams to pinpoint project opportunities and provide technical insights for commercial proposals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in renewable energy or solar technologies is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar energy sector, with a proven track record in the development and management of large-scale solar projects.
- Extensive knowledge of design, engineering, and operational principles of solar energy systems, along with associated technologies and equipment.
- Proficient in project management, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities and adeptness in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with safety and quality regulations pertinent to solar energy systems.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as project requirements dictate.
