About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for extended periods.
- Ability to safely climb up/down a ladder and operate a forklift (training provided).
