Job Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee client engagement activities and act as the primary liaison for key accounts. Your role will involve:

  • Managing client interactions and providing insights on best practices for competitive analysis, client targeting, and performance assessment.
  • Deepening our understanding of the client landscape and enhancing relationships through support, training, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying avenues to expand the utilization of our products across all assigned clients.
  • Proactively recognizing and addressing potential issues within client relationships, collaborating with sales, client relations, development, IT, and other departments to find solutions.
  • Monitoring market trends and sharing insights with clients and prospects.
  • Maximizing product adoption among clients and advocating for additional features and upgrades.
  • Collaborating with presales, consultants, and the development team to implement client enhancements and new feature requests.
  • Establishing effective communication channels both internally and with clients to enhance overall service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field such as economics, statistics, accounting, finance, or mathematics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing sales role within the Financial Services sector, including banking, finance, and insurance.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to foster internal and external relationships.
  • Exceptional skills in report writing and delivering presentations.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
