Position Overview
Young Talent Program - Finance Intern
This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated recent graduate or Master's student eager to make a significant impact at The Kraft Heinz Company.
The role is situated within the Finance Department in Milan, where you will collaborate with a motivated team, alongside peers who are consistently striving for excellence.
Each internship within our organization presents exceptional chances to enhance your knowledge and skills, acquire practical business experience, engage with senior leadership, and participate in tailored training sessions.
As an intern, you will be part of our Young Talent Program, taking charge of projects and collaborating closely with the business on daily challenges. We provide the platform; you drive the change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the business planning and budgeting process through reporting, data management, and analysis.
- Create budget/forecast versus actual reports and ad-hoc presentations for budget stakeholders.
- Conduct comparative analysis of quarterly operating and financial data results.
- Engage in modeling, analytics, and preparation of management summaries and data dashboards.
- Facilitate connections with other areas of the finance organization, including revenue management, category finance, and operations finance.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Finance Team.
Candidate Expectations:
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- High level of commitment and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a self-directed work style.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- EU Working Permit is required for this position.
