Position Overview

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated New Graduate or Master's student eager to contribute to The Kraft Heinz Company. This role is situated within the Finance Team, focusing on Planning & Performance Management.

Each internship provides exceptional avenues to acquire new skills, gain practical business experience, interact with senior leadership, and participate in specialized training sessions.

As an intern, you will be entrusted with significant projects and collaborate closely with the business to tackle daily challenges. Your main responsibility will be to deliver insightful analyses and comprehensive reports.

You will become part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team, alongside peers who are consistently striving for excellence. Continuous improvement initiatives within Italy will be a key focus of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor monthly performance in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Generate and maintain reporting tools for company results.
  • Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Business Unit.
  • Engage in weekly meetings with the Finance Team.
  • Report actual results and forecasts, analyzing variances.
  • Implement and enhance internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and safeguard company performance.

Candidate Expectations:

  • Master's Degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
