Work Environment

The Integration team plays a pivotal role in facilitating application connectivity across company systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP solutions.

This team operates within the Systems Unit, which oversees data center operations, SAP Basis functions, and overall systems governance.

Internship Focus

The internship will concentrate on the following areas:

Assisting the Integration team in the development of new interfaces as per requests from IT Business initiatives, both in cloud environments and on-premises. Implementing the new hybrid integration framework Overseeing system performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks

Collaborate with the Integration team to define technical specifications and execute interfaces for IT Business projects, specifically: Engage in functional discussions to clarify project requirements Identify optimal methods for fulfilling functional specifications Assist in the rollout of the integration framework Monitor interface performance Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including outsourcing partners, IT business associates, and developers

Qualifications

Students in their second year or recent graduates with a master's degree in STEM fields Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, coding, and programming languages Familiarity with Java and XML is advantageous Proficiency in English and Italian Team-oriented mindset and capability to thrive in dynamic environments Ability to work independently and take initiative
