We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Jekson Vision GmbH. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and installation services to our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Onsite Customer Support: Visit customers' sites to install and support our products, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with our technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work with our sales and coordination teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical and non-technical issues onsite, providing solutions to customers.
- Service Reporting: Prepare and submit service reports and issue-wise minutes of meeting (MOM) to stakeholders.
- RMA Coordination: Coordinate with our CCD, sales, and dispatch teams to handle returnable and non-returnable materials.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct regular training programs at customer sites to educate them on our products and maintain proper documentation.
- Pre-Installation Checklist: Maintain a comprehensive pre-installation checklist and installation records, providing copies to sales and CCD teams.
- AMC Planning: Plan and coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with sales teams for out-of-warranty systems.
- Audit and Upgradation: Conduct regular audits at customer sites to assess product performance and provide suggestions for upgradation.
- Education: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Service and Troubleshooting: Experience in servicing and troubleshooting embedded systems, pharma machinery, and PLC-based systems.
- Integration and Automation: Knowledge of integrating systems, automation, and emerging technologies.
- People Management and Negotiation: Ability to manage people, negotiate, and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work environments.
- Emerging Technologies: Experience with emerging technologies, automation, and pharma machinery.
- People Management: Proven experience in people management, negotiation, and relationship-building.
