Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities aimed at helping companies enhance their sustainability strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in sustainability solutions;
  • Assist with sales calls, meetings, and events, introducing clients to cutting-edge sustainability solutions and technologies;
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives focused on sustainability, collaborating with cross-functional teams;
  • Scout and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts;
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans;
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the sales team on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to travel occasionally for sales meetings and events.
