We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner IT Specialist to lead our Ecommerce projects and drive innovation within our IT Department.

About the Role:

As a Product Owner IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all development projects related to our Information System, in close collaboration with our business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope alignment.
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with business units to gather requirements, draft specifications, and validate solutions.
  • IT Solution Definition: Design and implement IT solutions, ensuring consistency with our Information System, technical constraints, and standards.
  • User Support: Provide assistance to users, handle corrections and requests for changes, and update tool documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in Ecommerce and ERP processes.
  • Skills: Project management, Agile methodology, solution analysis, communication, leadership, and technical skills in Ecommerce and ERP tools.
