Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular auditing field activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate and manage audit teams assigned to specific projects, ensuring efficient and competent execution of work.
- Maintain the independence of our audit scheme at all times.
- Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow up as necessary, within agreed timelines and economic frameworks.
- Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate expertise in core areas.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
- Act as a team player, contributing to a positive work environment and guiding colleagues through professional development processes.
- Ensure effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders.
- Utilize production tools dedicated to auditing activities and communicate updated data to ensure proper issue and management of certificates.
- Perform typical back-office tasks, such as contacting customers to confirm planned activities.
- Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 37001)
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to coordinate and manage audit teams assigned to specific projects
- Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respect of deadlines, and relations with clients
- Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools
- Highest levels of integrity and professionalism
