We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our plants in Southern Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our facilities, including the maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities and minimize downtime.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment, including the coordination of external contractors and vendors.
- Oversee the allocation and use of space and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the collection and maintenance of documents related to our facilities, including asset management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Control and manage investment workflow activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure the best possible service and support.
- Master's Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Fluency in English and Italian languages.
