Position Overview
Are you enthusiastic about fostering learning and development within a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Training Administrator, where you will play a crucial part in enhancing our training initiatives. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring effective communication between clients and instructors, while supporting our mission to deliver high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training documentation, ensuring all necessary forms are compiled for each course.
- Create course materials in a timely manner, including any company-specific documents required.
- Oversee course prerequisites for all clients to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Keep accurate client records in line with operational manual requirements.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all training guidelines as specified in the operational manuals.
- Supervise instructors, ensuring their documentation is current and complete for their roles.
- Maintain instructor records in the designated systems.
- Review training records for completeness and accuracy.
- Issue training completion certificates in accordance with established procedures.
- Retain copies of all trainee documents and records as required by regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with aeronautical knowledge requirements.
- Understanding of business processes and planning procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service in challenging situations.
