Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring a unique and personalized approach to sales interactions.
  2. Mastery of the sales process, including welcome, discovery, convincing, closing, and developing client relationships.
  3. Adaptability to meet the diverse needs and motivations of clients, driving sales growth and client satisfaction.
  4. Continuous improvement and innovation in sales strategies to exceed client expectations.
  5. Effective negotiation and objection handling, ensuring seamless sales transactions.
  6. Embodiment of the Maison's values and passion, transmitting a strong brand image to clients.
  7. Primary point of contact for clients in after-sales situations, providing exceptional support and service.
  8. Meeting individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, through strategic sales planning and execution.
  9. Cultivating strong, long-term client relationships and driving client loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.
  10. Efficiently developing and managing client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  11. Executing targeted CRM actions to enhance client engagement and sales performance.
  12. Participating in client events and serving as an ambassador for the Maison, promoting brand awareness and loyalty.
  13. Adhering to all brand and boutique policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and consistent client experience.
  14. Contributing to inventory management, visual merchandising, and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of success in sales and client relationships.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. Strong attention to detail and customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  4. Team-player approach, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  5. Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
