About the Role:
Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Work closely with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer records
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SAP or other CRM systems
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
