**Job Description for Customer Service Desk**

Adecco Italia SpA è in cerca di un/una Customer Service Desk per una multinazionale del settore chimico.

La risorsa selezionata supporterà i responsabili vendita delle diverse unità aziendali, collaborando nella gestione dei rapporti con la clientela per assicurare il corretto sviluppo degli ordini, perseguendo il miglioramento per la soddisfazione del cliente nel rispetto delle politiche aziendali e delle normative vigenti in materia.

**Responsabilità del lavoro**:

  • Garantire la corretta esecuzione degli ordini, collaborando con i responsabili delle unità aziendali;
  • Redigere offerte, verificando la correttezza e la completezza dei dati, in conformità con gli standard e le normative aziendali;
  • Inserimento ordini nel sistema informativo aziendale (SAP);
  • Verificare il corretto adempimento degli ordini in collaborazione con i colleghi della supply chain europei;
  • Assicurare, attraverso la collaborazione con il dipartimento logistica, la consegna delle merci da parte di spedizionieri e corrieri nel modo richiesto;
  • Garantire, in collaborazione con i laboratori, la consegna dei campioni ai clienti sulla base delle richieste ricevute;
  • Fornire informazioni e assistenza telefonica ai clienti;
  • Garantire, in collaborazione con l'ufficio amministrativo, lo stato di avanzamento dei pagamenti, intervenendo con solleciti per ritardi e scostamenti;
  • Preparare la documentazione e il materiale di supporto alla vendita, aggiornando gli elenchi e i database relativi ai prezzi di prodotti, offerte, schede di sicurezza, specifiche, etc.;
  • Aggiornare il database dei clienti, avendo cura di archiviare gli ordini e tutta la documentazione necessaria.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o laurea;
  • Precedente esperienza nel ruolo;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (livello B2/C1);
  • Ottima conoscenza di SAP o altri gestionali;
