Job Description

SynSphere Italia, a leading IT company, is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented professional with experience in implementing ERP systems to lead our Business Central project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of the Business Central system, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • System Configuration and Testing: Configure and test the Business Central system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in implementing ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Business Central, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to analyze and improve existing processes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SQL Skills: Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related areas.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Computer Science.
