Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of functional specifications in accordance with the product development plan and design requirements.
You will develop software for units and/or machines based on the functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with the latest innovations in robotics and digitalization.
Additionally, you will test the software developed and collaborate with the Electrical and/or Mechanical Design Engineer to draw up design, functional, and testing specifications.
In some cases, you may be required to undertake missions to the customer's location to resolve technical issues.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Electronic Engineering or a Technical High-School Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Automation
- Experience with control systems and automation management frameworks
- Strong electrical engineering skills, including the ability to understand electrical system diagrams
- Proficiency in main programming languages used in the industry, such as C, C++, and instruction lists
- Knowledge of axis motion control systems for brushless motors
The induction process involves a comprehensive training program at Headquarters, lasting at least 6 months, to familiarize you with the software development system used. Following this, you will be mentored by a senior technician to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
