Role Overview:

We are seeking a PR Senior Account Executive/Account Manager with expertise in technology public relations to enhance our Milan team. In this role, you will leverage your passion and drive to collaborate with a diverse array of tech brands, spearheading innovative integrated communication campaigns while mentoring junior team members and overseeing press office operations. You will immerse yourself in client campaigns, generating award-winning concepts that captivate a broad audience and elevate your clients' visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 4 to 5 clients, primarily in the B2B sector, overseeing daily account management, deliverables (with senior oversight), media relations, reporting, and prioritization.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
  • Maintain a results-oriented approach, ensuring client satisfaction through effective deliverables.
  • Actively participate in team efforts, demonstrating a collaborative spirit.
  • Develop strategic insights, planning for upcoming months to advance client objectives based on Statements of Work.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong media and influencer relationships within the technology sector, continuously enhancing these connections.
  • Innovate beyond existing plans, proposing fresh and exciting campaign ideas that align with business goals and foster organic account growth.
  • Skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, instilling confidence in senior clients and motivating your team.
  • Engage in new business presentations, market research, and creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a dynamic public relations environment, preferably within the innovation and B2B technology sectors (such as IT, telecommunications, AI, energy, automotive) – expertise in technology is essential.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Established media, social media, and influencer contacts.
  • Exceptional writing abilities.
  • Proficiency with major press office tools.
  • Experience managing international client accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask, along with creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • A genuine interest in and comprehensive knowledge of technology and digital commerce.
  • Proven track record in client management.
  • Experience in team leadership.
  • Familiarity with new business pitches and competitive analysis.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • High levels of ambition, drive, and motivation.
