About the Role

The Solutions Delivery Manager will play a key role in supporting the Digital Delivery Division teams in analyzing, designing, and implementing high-quality web portals, learning, and content management solutions for UNICC and its partners and clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and content specialists to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for web portal, learning, and content management solution projects in collaboration with the Head, Digital Delivery Division.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate their requirements into technical specifications, and ensure that solutions meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the development of business cases for Content Management, Training, and Learning Management delivery projects in collaboration with the Head, Digital Delivery Division, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, system architecture, and user guides.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards and best practices for accessibility, usability, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with Project Management Office (PMO) delivery and risk mitigation standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Support key business stakeholders in transition management to operation, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the implementation of any new IT projects and the changes are effectively integrated into the business.
  • Follow the UNICC DevSecOps guidelines and support UNICC DevSecOps-related initiatives.
