Job Description

We are seeking an Alternative Funds Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Alternative Solutions Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing fund orders from clients and ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Liaising with fund houses, distributors, custodians, and other counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to fund dealing.
  • Monitoring fund prices, market movements, corporate actions, and other relevant information.
  • Maintaining and updating fund data and documentation in our internal systems and platforms.
  • Providing support and guidance to clients on the use of our dealing services and tools.
  • Collaborating with other teams within Allfunds to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Acting as a link between Client Services in Italy and our Alternative Solutions division to understand clients' needs for Alternative Investments.
  • Participating in the design of new IT developments for Alternative Investments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration, or a similar role for alternative funds.
  • A good knowledge of the fund industry, fund structures, regulations, and market practices in alternative investments.
  • A strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • A proactive, problem-solving, and client-oriented attitude.
  • A fluent level of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent Spanish will be positively valued.
