New Guards Group, a subsidiary of the FARFETCH Group, is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join its Customer Service team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting order management, data entry, and customer operations activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage client orders from internal key clients.
  • Monitor and resolve shipment issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through email and phone to manage complaints and returns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service.
Requirements
  • Proven interest in customer service, with previous experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with proficiency tested during the interview process.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Precise with a keen eye for detail.
