About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Farfetch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing pre-season and in-season order book management and execution for our key or field accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Order Book Quality: Execute timely order book reconciliation processes at the time of order entry to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Seasonal Execution Excellence: Partner with the sales team to drive proactive management of holds, cancellations, returns, launches, and other seasonal activities.
  • Shipping Execution: Provide visibility to customers on the shipping status of their sales orders and monitor delivery performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service to our accounts, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and providing accurate and timely information.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze internal processes, order book patterns, and shipping performance to identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with counterparts in Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to drive world-class support for our customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Operations / Supply Chain, preferably in the sporting goods or fashion industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience in managing supplier/customer relationships, good understanding of consumer behavior, and retail landscape and trends.
  • Language: Fluent in French written and spoken, with strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced level proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
