Ricerchiamo un Digital Customer Experience Specialist per l'area Customer Care Retail a supporto del team Customer Experience Delivery della Divisione Gas & Power Market - Direzione Customer Operations.
Descrizione del ruolo
La risorsa si occuperà di analizzare l'utilizzo degli strumenti digitali a disposizione dei clienti e individuare azioni migliorative da implementare per rendere la loro esperienza eccellente, rapida e risolutiva. Inoltre, rivedrà procedure operative di gestione dei clienti e ridisegnerà i flussi di contatto, in modo da favorire il potenziamento del selfcare.
Competenze richieste
La risorsa ideale dovrebbe avere una laurea in discipline economiche o ingegneria gestionale, esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo, curiosità ed interesse per le tematiche C Care e per le dinamiche del mondo Energy & Utilities. Inoltre, dovrebbe avere passione per il mondo digitale e per la Customer Experience, capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e con scadenze stringenti.
