Customer Care Retail Specialist

Edison is seeking a new resource for the Customer Care Retail area to support the Customer Experience Delivery team.

The ideal candidate will focus on managing customer interactions, developing digital tools, and improving customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review customer management procedures and redesign contact flows to enhance self-care
  • Evaluate the introduction of new interaction tools, such as chatbots and messaging systems
  • Define procedures for outsourcers and KPIs for performance monitoring
  • Coordinate with internal functions, such as Marketing and IT, for project implementation
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with new touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Laurea in discipline economiche or Ingegneria Gestionale
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Curiosity and interest in customer care and energy dynamics
  • Passion for digital and customer experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and punctuality skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with tight deadlines
