About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join our Italian superstar team at Too Good To Go. As the face of our users and partners, you will provide efficient and friendly customer care, inspiring and empowering them to take action against food waste and become part of the movement.

Your Mission:

Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our partners and customers receive outstanding customer service through email, chat, and phone. You will also build and implement processes to encourage sustainable behavior and collaborate closely with other teams to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Proficiency in English and French (at least C1-C2 level)
  • Location in Milan or willingness to relocate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks
  • Passion for sustainability and social impact
