About the Role

Franke is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead our strategic sourcing efforts for Capital Expenditures and Maintenance, Repair & Operation categories. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-range strategic sourcing plans for Capital Expenditures and Maintenance, Repair & Operation categories
  • Lead and negotiate Capital Investments (Equipment, Machines, Leases) and Maintenance, Repair & Operation categories
  • Develop regional/global contractual agreements with suppliers to reduce total cost of ownership
  • Manage requirements by consolidating Franke demand
  • Support Capital Expenditure process and lead Project Sunrise Procurement activities
  • Contract selected suppliers and solutions, ensuring availability of services and materials
  • Build a procurement network for optimal solutions and establish cooperation between specifiers and purchasing

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Indirect Purchasing (CAPEX MRO) environment
  • Engineering management experience or maintenance experience
  • Preferred global/international business experience
