Overview of the Position:

As a Senior Specialist in Process & Programs at Boston Scientific, you will play a crucial role in reshaping our strategies for enhancing sales and marketing efficiency. Utilizing advanced Cloud technologies, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing tools and methodologies, thereby significantly improving overall performance. Your contributions will be essential in transforming attitudes and practices related to vital sales processes and marketing analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will have the exceptional chance to develop and articulate a persuasive vision for how Sales Cloud technology and data insights can revolutionize our operations, directly influencing patient care and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud System Management:

Collaborate with Divisional ComEx and Marketing Leaders along with the IT Team to enhance the CRM system, focusing on customer-centric improvements, user functionality, and maximizing reporting capabilities. Integrate feature requests and new tools into the product roadmap based on the needs identified by leadership and end users to refine Sales processes. Support the business and local champion teams in their continuous CRM skill enhancement. Maintain an expert-level understanding of system functionalities, configurations, and processes. Design and act as a subject matter expert for local super users regarding CRM issue resolution. Serve as a backup for Lead Super Users across different business units. Ensure robust data processes are established to guarantee the accuracy of qualitative metrics. Lead and support critical aspects of CRM system implementation aligned with EMEA priorities.

Project and Change Management:

Employ a structured change management approach to address the human side of changes brought about by projects and initiatives. Formulate a change management strategy based on a comprehensive understanding of the change details and the groups affected. Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings in a clear and logical manner. Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication strategies, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training initiatives, and resistance management strategies.

Sales Analysis and Commercial Efficiency:

Foster long-term relationships with key internal stakeholders to implement, monitor, and report on essential metrics that drive performance while collecting feedback. Oversee and enhance commercial processes: assess process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, review and optimize workflows, and effectively deploy new processes through strong communication and change management skills. Create and maintain processes to capture and relay critical customer intelligence within the CRM system. Collaborate with business and sales operations leaders on processes vital to salesforce productivity, including pipeline management, territory management, reporting, and sales process optimization.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness roles. Expertise: Comprehensive understanding and practical application of principles, theories, and concepts in the field, with the capability to creatively address a wide range of challenges. Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize and independently manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects concurrently. Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, management, sciences, or statistics. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM/ERP software systems/platforms, preferably with knowledge of major statistical analysis software (Minitab/SPSS) and sales and market research data analysis tools. Cross-Functional Insight: General understanding of related disciplines, business unit functions, and interdependencies across groups.
