About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process and Programs Senior Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our approach to sales and marketing effectiveness.

Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our CRM system, ensuring customer centricity, enhanced functionality, and optimal reporting outputs.
  • Develop and implement feature requests and new tools to optimize sales processes, based on leadership and end-user business needs.
  • Support the business and country champion team in their ongoing CRM skill development, maintaining expert-level knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and process.
  • Design and serve as a subject matter expert for CRM problem resolution, acting as a backup for lead super users of other businesses.
  • Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics can be used and maintained.
  • Lead and support key aspects of CRM system implementation, prioritizing EMEA key priorities.
Project and Change Management
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to address the people-side change caused by projects and change efforts.
  • Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication, sponsor, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
Sales Analysis and Commercial Productivity
  • Nurture long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement, track, and report key metrics, driving performance while gathering feedback.
  • Monitor and improve commercial processes, measuring effectiveness, identifying bottlenecks and inconsistencies, reviewing and optimizing processes, and deploying new processes effectively.
  • Develop and maintain processes to capture and communicate key customer intelligence within the CRM system.
  • Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to salesforce productivity, including pipeline management, territory management, reporting, and sales process optimization.
Requirements
  • Senior-level (3-5 years) professional experience in strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness departments.
  • Expertise in principles, theories, and concepts in the field, with the ability to creatively resolve a broad range of issues.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and drive projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, management, sciences, or statistics.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP software systems/platforms, preferably with experience in statistical analysis software (Minitab/SPSS) and sales and market research data analysis applications.
  • General knowledge of related disciplines, business unit functions, and cross-group dependencies/relationships.
