About the Position:

As a Senior Specialist in Process & Programs at Boston Scientific, you will play a crucial role in reshaping our strategies for sales and marketing effectiveness. Utilizing advanced Cloud technologies, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance tools and methodologies, significantly boosting operational performance. Your contributions will be vital in evolving mindsets and practices surrounding essential sales processes and marketing analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will have the distinct opportunity to articulate and share a visionary perspective on how Sales Cloud technologies and data insights can transform our operations, directly influencing patient care and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Management:

Collaborate with Divisional ComEx and Marketing Leaders alongside the IT Team to perpetually enhance the CRM system, focusing on customer-centric improvements, functionality for sales personnel, and maximizing reporting capabilities. Integrate feature requests and new tools into the product roadmap based on the business needs identified by leadership and end users to streamline Sales processes. Assist the business and country champion teams in their continuous CRM skill enhancement. Maintain expert-level knowledge of system functionalities, configurations, and processes. Design and serve as a subject matter expert for local super users regarding CRM issue resolution. Act as a backup for Lead Super Users across various business units. Ensure robust data processes are established to guarantee the accuracy of qualitative metrics. Lead and support significant facets of CRM system implementation aligned with EMEA Key Priorities.

Project and Change Management:

Employ a structured change management framework to address the human side of change resulting from projects and initiatives. Formulate a change management strategy informed by an understanding of the specifics of the change and the groups affected. Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings in a clear and coherent manner. Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication strategies, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.

Sales Analysis and Commercial Productivity:

Cultivate long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement, monitor, and report essential metrics that drive performance while gathering valuable feedback. Oversee and enhance commercial processes: assess process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review and optimize workflows, and effectively deploy new processes through strong communication and change management skills. Establish and maintain processes to capture and disseminate key customer intelligence within the CRM system. Collaborate with business and sales operations leaders on processes critical to salesforce productivity, including pipeline management, territory management, reporting, and sales process optimization.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in roles of responsibility within strategic marketing or sales effectiveness. Expertise: Comprehensive understanding and broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in the field, with the ability to creatively address a wide range of challenges. Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize and independently manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects concurrently. Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, management, sciences, or statistics. Language Skills: Proficiency in English. Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with CRM/ERP software systems/platforms, preferably with knowledge of major statistical analysis software (Minitab/SPSS) and sales and market research data analysis tools. Cross-Functional Knowledge: General understanding of related disciplines, business unit functions, and interdependencies across groups.
