Overview:

At Davide Campari Milano N.V., we are in search of a dedicated Senior Recruiter to enhance our Talent Acquisition efforts across the EMEA Region. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment strategies and ensuring we attract top-tier talent.

Role Summary:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will take charge of the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align on talent needs and strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our approach to recruitment, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to evaluate talent requirements and provide strategic guidance on hiring plans.
  • Utilize effective sourcing methods to identify and recruit qualified candidates in line with company policies.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine recruitment processes and prepare insightful reports for hiring teams.
  • Manage the flow of applicants to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stay informed on market trends that influence our ability to attract top talent.
  • Work with the Reward Team and HR Business Partners on salary offers and equity considerations.
  • Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies, including partnerships with agencies and job boards.
  • Engage with various Talent Acquisition and HR teams across the EMEA region.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English.
  • High proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French or German.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with hiring teams and business partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of candidate quality.
  • Experience in organizations where candidate experience is a priority.
  • Strong skills in assessing candidate potential for long-term success.
  • Attention to detail in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring excellent candidate experiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience with passive sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and headhunting.
  • Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
  • Curiosity about new recruitment trends and technologies.
