EMEA Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

At Davide Campari Milano N.V., we are looking for a dedicated Senior Recruiter to join our expanding Talent Acquisition Team. This role is crucial in supporting our growth across the EMEA Region by identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to evaluate talent requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment plans, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end hiring process.
  • Utilize effective sourcing methods to identify, select, and onboard qualified candidates in alignment with company policies and best practices.
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance recruitment strategies, measuring candidate pipelines and preparing insightful reports for hiring teams.
  • Manage the applicant flow independently, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about market trends and demands that influence our ability to attract competitive talent.
  • Work closely with the Reward Team and HR Business Partners on salary negotiations and equity considerations.
  • Implement cost-effective recruitment tools and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Engage with various Talent Acquisition and HR teams across the EMEA region to ensure a cohesive recruitment strategy.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English.
  • High proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French or German.
  • Additional European languages are advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management with hiring teams, leading talent assessments and recruitment planning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing experience in rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Expertise in creating exceptional candidate experiences and effectively engaging potential hires.
  • Proven capability to evaluate candidates for long-term success as the organization expands.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring a seamless candidate journey and maintaining accurate candidate funnels.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a history of managing recruitment pipelines efficiently.
  • Experience in passive sourcing techniques, including headhunting and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office and HRIS applications; familiarity with ATS systems is a plus.
  • Curiosity about emerging recruitment trends and technologies.
