Your Role

  • Lead Talent Acquisition and Management: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers to ensure precision and select top-notch candidates.
  • Conduct Competency-Based Interviews: You will carry out Behavior and Competency-based interviews, incorporating candidate evaluations and background verifications.
  • Build a Strong Talent Pool: Develop a robust talent pool for FMCG positions, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Support Employer Branding: Spearhead employer branding campaigns on various platforms.
  • Utilize Talent Analytics: Evaluate recruitment outcomes, pinpoint improvement areas, and implement tailored strategies for enhancement.
  • Focus on Training and Development: Educate local managers and HR peers on professional conduct and competency-based interview techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in HR Recruiting, Employer Branding, and Active Sourcing, including analyzing HR market data.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one other European language, with exceptional communication skills across all levels and adept training capabilities.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Online and Social Media Recruiting tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset with self-driven work ethics, emphasizing prioritization and holistic approaches.
  • Team Player: Team player with a collaborative attitude, excelling in diverse environments and virtual teamwork.
