About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our HR team at POMELLATO S.P.A. in Milan. This role is instrumental to our organization, as it involves managing both our office-production population in Italy and the expansive EMEA retail network.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, ensuring business growth and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with managers to enhance team motivation and performance, providing guidance and support to drive business results.
- Ensure the efficiency of the talent acquisition and development approach, analyzing trends and anticipating opportunities to drive business growth.
- Identify and support talents in their professional growth, developing and implementing retention strategies to create a high-performing team.
- Handle employee relations matters effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the C&B team to manage the forecast and budget process, nurturing our reward strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Work closely with the EMEA Retail team to create the conditions for sustainable high performance, leading and developing the HRBPs team.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in the luxury retail industry or a similar high-end consumer goods sector.
- A coach, an optimistic problem solver, and a diplomat with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to translate business priorities into HR actions and love to be hands-on and strategic.
- Good at handling numbers to analyze trends and anticipate opportunities.
- Knowledgeable in Italian labor law and employee regulations.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Able to travel up to 25% in Europe.
