KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the management and execution of compensation programs, including base salary and variable pay administration, as well as year-end performance and pay management processes. Ensure effective delivery, education, and communication of the annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes for employees within the EMEA Business Unit. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate compensation solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and competitiveness in pay and benefits practices. Perform complex analyses to support talent management goals and for reporting and budgeting purposes, ensuring that programs are financially viable and deliver maximum return on investment. Lead market data analysis projects, providing recommendations for pay levels and salary structures in the EMEA region to maintain competitiveness and consistency with corporate pay philosophy. Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to uphold competitive pay and benefits practices. Develop and conduct training programs on compensation and benefits to educate managers and employees about key elements of the company's offerings. Evaluate existing programs and stay informed about local legislation, trends, and technological advancements, making recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Corporate Compensation teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and technology supporting compensation programs. Provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and HR Business Partners in the EMEA region, addressing questions and resolving issues related to salary programs. Offer professional advice on benefits and wellbeing programs, helping to resolve related queries and issues. Consult with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters, developing tailored solutions to meet specific organizational needs. Support job evaluation processes as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EMEA legislation affecting compensation and benefits policies. Engage in special projects as assigned, including executive compensation analysis and mergers and acquisitions activities. Assist with international mobility administration processes for the EMEA region.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in compensation plan design, job analysis, and market pricing, preferably within the EMEA region. Previous experience managing compensation programs; international experience is a plus. Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of compensation design, application, and theory, including regulatory compliance standards for EMEA countries. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively engage with all management levels. Capacity to manage deadlines and multiple priorities while working under pressure and handling confidential information appropriately. Proficient in presenting and discussing potentially controversial information and recommendations. Capable of leading or influencing processes and decision-making at a senior level. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment. Excellent analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and proficiency in all MS Office applications; Workday experience is advantageous. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with robust analytical and computer skills. Demonstrated attention to detail.
