Job Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Strategist will report directly to the Chief Talent Officer of Publicis Groupe, working closely with the Creative and Media agencies of the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with current legislation and regulations
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development Manager to integrate compensation strategies with performance management
  • Support the implementation and communication of employee benefits programs
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically dealing with Compensation & Benefits in complex environments
  • Strong knowledge of labor market trends, salary structures, and benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
