Prima is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives
- Designing and implementing variable and fixed compensation schemes
- Managing change projects around reward and benefits
- Coordinating and harmonizing key compensation processes
- Designing and implementing benefits and welfare plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
