Job Summary
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will report directly to the Chief Talent Officer of Publicis Groupe, working with both Creative and Media agencies of the group.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic plan.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with current legislation on human rights and pay equity.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development Manager to integrate compensation strategies with the performance management system.
- Support the implementation and communication of employee benefits programs.
- Partner with welfare providers, insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically dealing with Compensation & Benefits in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor market trends, salary structures, and benefits administration.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Power user of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Great team player with flexible working style.
- Passionate about HR topics and trends.
