Job Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Manager will report directly to the Chief Talent Officer of Publicis Groupe, working with both Creative and Media agencies of the group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with current legislation on human rights and pay equity.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development Manager to integrate compensation strategies with the performance management system.
  • Support the implementation and communication of employee benefits programs.
  • Partner with welfare providers, insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically dealing with Compensation & Benefits in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor market trends, salary structures, and benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Power user of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Great team player with flexible working style.
  • Passionate about HR topics and trends.
