Job Summary:
As a Payroll and Compensation Manager at Richemont, you will play a crucial role in integrating HR administration, compensation, and benefits perspectives with the Group. This involves managing payroll processes with confidentiality, data accuracy, and integrity, ensuring zero errors in reporting, payroll outcomes, and salary payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Collaborate with the Group on HR Admin, Compensation, and Benefits aspects, including employment contracts, benefits analysis, HR system implementation, and payroll runs.
• Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
• People Data: Develop and maintain reports to support organizational and HR leaders' strategic and data-driven decisions.
• HRIS: Manage HR systems, provide technical support, and create user guides for consistency and efficiency.
• Digital HR Transformation: Improve tools and systems, align with Group Benefits, and review current benefits for renewal or alignment with Group Benefit strategy.
Requirements:
• Strong expertise in HR Administration, especially in Italian law requirements.
• Good understanding of global HRIS systems and SAP HR architecture, with a focus on SAP HR for Italy.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with the ability to adapt to non-technical users and different levels of seniority.
