About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the People function at Philips as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. In this role, you will have the unique chance to work on the 3 pillars of Compensation, Benefit, and Welfare, integrating our Rewards philosophy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Rewards Manager South Europe to plan, roll out, and execute processes and initiatives linked to our Compensation, Benefit, and Welfare practices.
  • Act as a support, guide, and subject matter expert to HR managers, line managers, and recruiters regarding rewards matters, grading, and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, international mobility practices, etc.
  • Ensure that the whole compensation plans for each employee are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements, making sure our people feel valued, motivated, and engaged.
  • Contribute to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical mindset, project and program management expertise, along with effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, while knowledge of Power BI and Access will be highly appreciated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian, with Spanish and French being a plus.
