About the Role

BYD Europe is seeking a highly skilled Financing Solutions Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financing solutions that support the company's sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with the channel team and sales team to design financing solutions for dealers and end consumers in accordance with the company's sales strategies.
  • Track up-to-date market information, monitor sales target achievement, and dynamically adjust financing solutions to cope with market changes.
  • Capture cutting-edge financial market information, analyze the current situation and development of the automotive finance market in Europe, and provide supportive models, data, research, and professional analysis for the sales financing strategy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financing/leasing business, preferably in consumer finance or OEM's financing related position.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields.
  • Excellent communication and coordination ability, business negotiation ability, and risk management ability.
  • Able to collaborate with people of different cultural backgrounds, optimistic and positive, strong stress resistance.
Professional Knowledge

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Multiple language skills: English/Chinese plus at least one local language (French, German, Spanish, Italian); other European local languages are a plus.
  • Mastered financing related workflow and professional knowledge.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
