Membership Model

The membership business model is based on annual subscription fees for member companies, providing access to a range of services tailored to their evolving strategic needs, including corporate governance, internationalization, finance, sustainability, leadership/talent, innovation, etc.

Job Description

We are seeking a Membership Solutions Strategist to play a crucial role within our Strategy and Business Development division, focusing on evolving the ELITE membership offering across different geographies where ELITE is developed.

This includes identifying, proposing, testing, and managing potential new services to extend the current membership offering, either developed internally or integrated from third parties, in close coordination with our Sales & Relationship Management teams and Product Management team.

You will also be responsible for generating a continuous pipeline of new counterparts across Europe to support the development of tailored strategic initiatives/programs, such as lounge partners, institutions, associations, public bodies, etc.

Main Responsibilities

  • Evolving the membership offering: Identify and evaluate new services or products to be embedded in the core membership value proposition, scouting for new partners/solutions, benchmarking other players in the market, developing concepts and proposals with business cases, validating appetite and customer interest, and assessing the feasibility of solutions
  • Leading the development and roll-out of new membership solutions in strong coordination with the Product Management team and the Sales & Relationship Management teams

Mission

Your mission will be to ensure the continuous evolution and innovation of ELITE's value proposition to meet member needs and market trends, extending retention of current members and attracting new sources of clients.

Workplace

The role will be based at Euronext Milan Headquarters in Milan.

Estimated Salary Range

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
