About the Role:

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Philips, you will have the opportunity to work on the 3 pillars of Compensation, Benefit, and Welfare that integrate our Rewards philosophy. You will be interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders in different projects and initiatives that contribute to creating a fair, engaging, and competitive environment for Philips' most important value: our people.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the Rewards Manager South Europe in the planning, roll out, and execution of processes and initiatives linked to our Compensation, Benefit, and Welfare practices.
  • You will act as a support, guide, and subject matter expert to HR managers, line managers, and recruiters regarding any rewards matters, grading, and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, international mobility practices, etc.
  • You will ensure that the whole compensation plans for each employee are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements, making sure our people feel valued, motivated, and engaged.
  • You will contribute to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments.

Requirements:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or have an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consulting firm.
  • Your skillset includes a strong analytical mindset, project and program management expertise, along with effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • You're experienced with Excel and PowerPoint, while knowledge of Power BI and Access will be highly appreciated.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian, with Spanish and French being a plus.
