Job Summary

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Philips, you will play a key role in shaping the company's rewards philosophy, combining analytical, technical, and creative responsibilities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement compensation, benefit, and welfare practices that promote fairness, engagement, and competitiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Rewards Manager in planning, rolling out, and executing compensation, benefit, and welfare initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding HR managers, line managers, and recruiters on rewards matters, grading, and job evaluations.
  • Ensure that compensation plans align with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements.
  • Contribute to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools by analyzing benchmarking results and collecting business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical mindset, project management expertise, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Power BI and Access.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian, with Spanish and French as a plus.
