Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Program Management
    • Develop and implement compensation programs that are competitive and aligned with our company's pay philosophy.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation programs are fair and equitable.
    • Design and implement job evaluation processes to ensure accurate job pricing.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Manage and administer our benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
    • Develop and implement wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.
    • Conduct benefits surveys and analysis to ensure our benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Communication and Training
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
    • Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure our compensation and benefits programs are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a global organization.
    • Proven experience in compensation program design, job analysis, market pricing, and incentives.
  • Skills
    • Expert knowledge of compensation design, application, and theory.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
