About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources Center of Excellence team at Acronis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive pay ranges across the globe for all departments within the Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Competitive Pay Ranges: Ensure alignment with market data and internal equity for all roles across the organization.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Market Analysis: Benchmark salaries and ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Ensure Compliance with Global Regulations: Ensure compliance with global, national, and local compensation regulations and labor laws.
  • Lead Job Evaluation Processes: Determine appropriate pay levels for new and existing positions.
  • Maintain Accurate Compensation Data: Maintain accurate compensation data and documentation, and provide reporting and analysis when required.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and rewards and proactively recommend improvements to our compensation programs.
Requirements
  • 5 years of compensation experience.
  • Experience evaluating compensation programs and developing recommendations to meet business objectives.
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices.
  • Fluent English both written and verbal.
  • Strong internal customer focus with a desire to learn all aspects of the business.
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and a never give up attitude.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
