Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our People function, you will play a critical role in shaping our Rewards philosophy and ensuring that our compensation plans are fair, engaging, and competitive.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Rewards Manager to plan, roll out, and execute processes and initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and welfare practices.
- Provide expert guidance and support to HR managers, line managers, and recruiters on rewards matters, grading, job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, and international mobility practices.
- Ensure that compensation plans for each employee are aligned with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements, promoting a culture of recognition, motivation, and engagement.
- Contribute to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools by analyzing results from benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical mindset, project management expertise, and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI and Access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian, with Spanish and French being a plus.
