About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Philips as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's rewards philosophy. As a member of the People function, you will work closely with the Rewards Manager to design and implement compensation and benefit plans that align with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefit plans that are fair, engaging, and competitive.
  • Collaborate with HR managers, line managers, and recruiters to provide guidance on rewards matters, grading, and job evaluations.
  • Ensure that compensation plans are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements.
  • Contribute to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools by analyzing results from benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical mindset, project management expertise, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Power BI and Access.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian, with Spanish and French being a plus.
  • Passion for fairness, equity, and engaging with people.
