Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our People function, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that align with our company's rewards philosophy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR managers, line managers, and recruiters, to provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Support the design and implementation of global rewards policies, processes, and tools, including benchmarking and market research.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, including salary and benefits policies, job evaluations, and international mobility practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with knowledge of Access a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian, with Spanish and French a plus.
