Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that drive business results and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Design and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our company's overall well-being.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory compliance and industry trends to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, including executive compensation analysis and M&A activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation plan design, job analysis, market pricing, and incentives.
  • Previous experience managing compensation programs, international experience preferred.
  • Expert knowledge in compensation design, application, and theory, including knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for countries in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with excellent analytical and computer skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to lead or influence processes and decision-making at a senior level.
