Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at The North Face in Rome. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing a deep understanding of our products, and maintaining high standards of merchandising in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, including visual displays and product organization.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and market positioning of our brand.
- Follow all operational procedures in the store and warehouse.
Requirements

- Be proactive in addressing all aspects of the store.
- Have a passion for our brand, fashion, and retail in general.
- Be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
